About the practice
About this nutrition counseling practice
Longevity Nutrition Flow is an online nutrition counseling practice serving clients in Estonia in English. The work is practical: understanding what you eat now, what your body is telling you, and what changes are realistic next week rather than next year.
The plate above is the desk the work actually happens at: a quiet room, a written plan, and a review of what changed since last time.
What this practice does
Sessions cover everyday nutrition counseling and structured nutritional therapy for adults. That includes menu planning, digestive issues, weight management, cholesterol-friendly eating, and eating around shift work or training. Plans are written, personalized, and yours to keep.
If your situation needs a physician or a clinical dietitian, you will be told that plainly rather than sold a package.
Everyday food, not a special menu: what is already in the kitchen is the starting point for the plan.
Training and approach
The approach is to work from evidence where evidence exists and to be honest where it does not. Where a food claim is contested in the research, you will hear that it is contested. Where the answer is simply unknown, you will hear that too.
What the practice does
Reads the research on your question, explains what is settled and what is still argued about, and builds the plan from the parts that hold up.
What it does not do
It does not diagnose disease, prescribe medication, or claim to treat medical conditions. That boundary is intentional and is the reason referrals to doctors happen regularly.
Where a claim is contested, the answer you get names the disagreement instead of picking a side for you. That is the part of the work most clients say they had not heard before.
Why online only
Working remotely removes travel to a clinic and makes sessions easier to fit into a lunch break, which means clients actually keep the follow-up appointments they book. It also lets clients join from anywhere in Estonia, from a small town with no nutrition services to an apartment in Tallinn.
The practical trade-off is that you need a quiet room and a stable connection. If that is a problem on a given day, rescheduling is straightforward.
Languages
Consultations and all written materials are provided in English. This matters to foreign residents in Estonia, to people working in international companies, and to anyone who reads food and health material in English more comfortably than in Estonian.
Sessions and all documents, in English
Estonian-language summary of a plan, on request
If you need an Estonian-language summary of a plan for a family member, ask in advance and it can be arranged.
How consultations are structured
Initial consultations are longer and cover history, current eating, and goals. Follow-ups are shorter and review what happened since the last session. Between sessions you get a written personalized meal plan and something to track.
Nothing about the structure is rigid: some clients need two sessions, others come back over several months. How it works is described in detail on its own page.
Initial and follow-up sessions
Initial consultation
Longer session. History, current eating, goals, and the first written plan.
Follow-up
Shorter session. What happened since the last one, and what to adjust.
Between sessions
A personalized meal plan and something simple to track.
Working with other specialists
Coordination with doctors, physiotherapists, or psychologists is welcome and often useful. Nutrition work sits alongside other care rather than replacing it, and a signed summary of recommendations can be shared with your doctor if you want that.
In Estonia, that often means bringing results and notes to your family physician for review rather than asking a nutritionist to interpret clinical tests.
Who this is not for
If you are looking for a rapid weight-loss bet, a detox, or a supplement plan sold on commission, this is not that practice. If you need a clinical diagnosis or treatment for an eating disorder, you need a medical team and you should not delay seeing one.
Honest scoping saves everyone time. That said, nutrition counseling is often a useful part of the picture once clinical care is in place.
Where the line sits
Eating habits, menus, and lifestyle structure are the territory. Diagnoses, prescriptions, and clinical treatment are the doctor's. A nutritionist or nutrition counselor works on the first; a clinical dietitian works within healthcare on medical nutrition therapy.
Fees and how to begin
Fees for initial and follow-up consultations are listed on the pricing page, with no packages you have to commit to in advance. If you want to check first whether your question suits this practice, ask before booking and you will get a straight answer. The booking form takes a few minutes.

Do you work with clients outside Estonia?
Yes, clients join online from elsewhere, particularly people temporarily working in Estonia. Sessions and documents are in English.
Can you talk to my doctor?
With your consent, a written summary of recommendations can be prepared for your doctor. This practice does not replace medical care or give diagnoses.
