Cancellations, Returns & Refund Policy

We are committed to clear, customer-friendly service terms in accordance with the Estonian Law of Obligations Act (Võlaõigusseadus) and European Union consumer protection standards.

1. Consultation Rescheduling & Cancellation

• Rescheduling: Sessions may be moved to a new available time slot free of charge if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations: Cancellations made with 24 hours prior notice are entitled to a full refund. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may incur an administrative preparation charge.

2. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Products

In accordance with Estonian statutory provisions:

• 14-Day Statutory Period: Consumers hold a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for ongoing consultation packages or unfulfilled programs.
• Immediate Digital Access: Express customer consent to receive immediate digital file delivery upon confirmation constitutes commencement of service.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are remitted without unnecessary delay within 5 to 7 Estonian banking days, using the exact payment gateway or bank account employed during initial settlement.
